Account Credit - Refund to Card

We want our customers to be happy, while we do priorities credits to accounts, we only do so due to a majority of our customers finding they get use the credit quicker than if they were to get a refund to their card.  

If you would prefer a refund over an account credit (as long as it has not already been applied to an order) we are more than happy to refund straight away.  Please email us on customerhappiness@realfoodgrocer.com.au.

Some items are not transferable to refund such as coupon credits, customer service gesture credits, and welcome credits.  Some other credits may not be transferable please contact us for more information.
