Can I have my account credit refunded to my card?

We want our customers to be happy! While we do prioritise RFG account credits, we only do so as most of our customers find they get use the credit quicker than if they were to get a refund to their card.

If you would prefer a refund to your card instead of an account credit, we are more than happy to refund straight away (as long as it has not already been applied to an order). Please email us on customerhappiness@realfoodgrocer.com.au to discuss.

Some items are not transferable to refund such as coupon credits, customer service gesture credits, and welcome credits. Some other credits may not be transferable - please contact us for more information.
