Refunds to Cards

If you have been notified that a refund is being processed to you card please note (as advised by our merchant) that it can take anywhere from 5 business days to 5 weeks to be processed.  

You get confirmation that we have processed your refund by contacting us on customerhappiness@realfoodgrocer.com.au we can inform you of the date and time we processed your refund.  

If there is a delay or you are concerned we are able to provide you with a refund reference number you can take to your bank for them to trace.
