Refunds to cards

If you have been notified that a refund is being processed to you card, please note (as advised by our merchant), that it usually takes 5-10 business days (or unfortunately, sometimes longer) to be processed.

You can get confirmation that we have processed your refund by contacting us on customerhappiness@realfoodgrocer.com.au - we can inform you of the date and time we processed your refund.

If there is a delay or you are concerned, we are able to provide you with a refund reference number you can take to your bank for them to trace.
