How do account credits work?

When you have account credit on your account, it will automatically apply to your very next order, when we turn your shopping list into an order. You will be able to view if any credit has been applied to your latest order by locating the invoice online, or by looking at the physical copy you receive with your delivery.

If an account credit has come off the total of your invoice, it will be listed in the box of information underneath your name and address on the left side of the invoice. If a credit has been applied, it will say so just under your customer number "Applied $___ credit to order" with the amount of the credit noted.
