I have a concern about the quality, used by, or shortness of date of a product

Real Food Grocer standards mean that our customers should be able to eat a delicious abundance of produce, pantry, and chilled items. If something has happened that means this is not possible, we want to know.

On the sad occasion that this happens, we want our customers to know they we want to do our best to rectify the situation.  

Please take a picture of the item of concern - any photos taken are not provided as a form of proof, but rather to assist us in providing better training for our staff, and to show to suppliers when applicable.  Please send your query to customerhappiness@realfoodgrocer.com.au including your pictures, and we will sort it out promptly.
