Something was missing from my order

We are so sorry you have missed out! 

If the item was highlighted, or marked "N/A" or with an asterisk on your invoice:

If there is an item that is missing from your order, which is highlighted on your invoice, or marked N/A or with an asterisk, it means that this item was unfortunately out of stock. In this case, it means we are on it, and will ensure that compensation is credited to your account. 

Credits to accounts take roughly 2-3 days from delivery, but certainly will be there before you are charged for your next order. Your credit could already be waiting for your on your account - read this article for instructions on how to check your account credit balance.

If the missing item was not noted on your invoice:

If you are missing an item that has been crossed off but not included in your order, or has not been crossed off, and there is no highlighting, note, or asterisk on the invoice, please email us on customerhappiness@realfoodgrocer.com.au so that we can rectify this for you. Please attach a photo of the invoice that came with your order to your email - this helps us so much to see where we went on, and better train our staff to prevent this type of issue happening!

My account credit has not appeared and I've now been charged for my next order:

If an account credit that you are owed has not appeared, and you have already been charged for your next order, please email us on customerhappiness@realfoodgrocer.com.au and we will get this issue sorted right away.
