I Was Missing Something From My Order

We are so sorry you have missed out.  If the item has been noted on your invoice as missing that means we are on it and are currently working hard to get this credited to your account.  Credits to accounts take roughly 2-3 days from delivery but certainly will be there before you are charged for your next order.  Your credit could already be waiting for your on your account and you can check that by going to the related article on how to view account credit.

If the missing item was not noted on your invoice, if the account credit has not appeared and you have already been charged for your next order, or if a an account credit does not suit you please email us on customerhappiness@realfoodgrocer.com.au and we will get your issue sorted straight away.
