An Item Was Out Of Stock

We are so sorry that an item you wanted was unavailable.

If we were aware that this item would be in short supply and you were not charged for the item you may want to know when this item will be back in stock.  Each items restock ETA to our warehouse can vary.  Please feel free to email us on customerhappiness@realfoodgrocer.com.au for more specific time frames around the arrival of new stock.  More often then not there will be a short delay until the item is back in stock.

If you have been informed on your invoice that an item you have paid for is out of stock you will be credited to your Real Food Grocer account within days of your delivery.  If a refund would work best for you please email us on customerhappiness@realfoodgrocer.com.au.  Please note our merchant advises that refunds can take days to weeks to process which is why an account credit is our preferred way to get your funds back to you ASAP.  

We do everything we can to avoid our customers missing out, to avoid waste and large mark ups on items we do not purchase or hold large volumes of produce or shelf stable items.  We are sorry if this has inconvenienced you in anyway.
