I’ve forgotten my password - how do I reset it?

If you are not logged in to your account and have forgotten your password, you can easily reset it.

Navigate to the 'Log in' page. Once there, just below the log in button, there is a hyperlink to click on 'Lost your password?'. Click on this hyperlink, and follow the steps to reset your password. Be sure to check your junk and spam folders - sometimes our reset password email ends up here!

Please note: if you have entered the incorrect password multiple times, you may be locked out of your account. If this happens, the block will automatically lift after 24-48 hours, however if you get in contact with us via email at customerhappiness@realfoodgrocer.com.au during business hours, we are able to lift the ban immediately.
