How do I track a refund?

On the sad occasion where a refund is required we do hope that the process swift.

If there is an asterisk next to an item that is missing from your order, this item is out of stock and a credit will been placed on your account before your next order, usually within a few days of your delivery arrive to you. 

If you are missing an item and there is no asterisk next to it or you believe a refund is required for some other reason please email us on customerhappiness@realfoodgrocer.com.au

At present there is no way of tracking a refund live but we do hope to have that up and running soon.
